PRICING AND PAYMENT
All prices on the website are listed in New Zealand dollars and are exclusive of shipping. All prices are inclusive of GST.
We accept payment by credit card.
AVAILABILITY OF PRODUCTS
In the unlikely event where a product that has been ordered is no longer available, we will contact you as soon as possible to discuss your options. This may result in the cancellation of your order or replacement with an alternative product.
ORDERING AND SHIPPING PROCESS
Once payment has been received we will confirm your order via the email address you provided during the transaction. We will only ship your products when payment has been received in full.
DELIVERY TERMS & CONDITIONS

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We do not offer refunds or exchanges. Once your order has been paid in full and packed up for delivery or pick up there are no refunds or exchanges. If your building is going to be delivered to you via a freight company, instructions will be provided to you prior to the delivery of your building (to your address of choice) about the process that needs to take place if your building has been damaged during transit. We do provide a full two year parts warranty. This warranty covers parts only as supplied, and does not cover consequential issues, labour and non supplied parts.
